Current Funding Opportunities
FY 2026 CoC Competition Update:
The Stay is in Place and the FY 2026 CoC Competition is Moving Forward
On September 16, 2026, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit granted HUD’s request for a stay pending appeal of the District Court’s previous ruling that vacated the FY 2026 Continuum of Care (CoC) NOFO.
As a result, HUD has reopened the FY 2026 CoC Program Competition in e-snaps, and the competition may proceed while the appeal remains pending.
New HUD Submission Deadline:
September 30, 2026 at 8:00 PM ET
The Lowcountry Continuum of Care is moving forward with its local competition and submission process in accordance with HUD’s updated timeline.
Project applicants should continue working to complete all required application materials in e-snaps and submit by September 25, 2026 at 12 noon.
