The CoC encourages organizations who have not previously received CoC or ESG funding to consider applying. The CoC has a process in place to accept and consider proposals. This page lists all available funding opportunities along with information on how to apply.

Current Funding Opportunities

UPDATE: Late on Thursday, June 25, the CoC learned that HUD anticipates releasing the Project Applications  in e-snaps in approximately 14 days. This gives us a short window to complete all required steps; therefore, Lowcountry CoC has decided to have applicants complete an initial application outside of e-snaps. This application and supplemental form will be released next week. We apologize for the uncertainty around the process this year. We are closely monitoring all information and correspondence from HUD and making adjustments as new information is released. We will update the timeline for the local competition soon.
