Survivor Access System: Coordinated Entry for Victim Service Providers
“Domestic violence is not just a private issue—it’s a community issue, a human issue. Every person deserves to live free from fear, control, and harm. Let’s remember that awareness is only the beginning. Real change happens when we listen without judgment, believe survivors, and take action—no matter how small—to create safety and hope.
Each of us has the power to be part of the solution: to educate, to support, and to speak out against violence in all its forms. Together, we can help build a future where homes are places of safety, not fear; of respect, not control; of healing, not harm. Thank you for being part of that change.”
Our community partners work hand in hand to ensure that survivors and their families can quickly and safely connect with the support they need. Whether you’re seeking emergency shelter, transitional housing, or long-term stability, our team is here to walk beside you—listening, supporting, and helping you find what feels right for your journey.
Using a trauma-informed and survivor-centered approach, our team works with each person to understand their unique needs and provide meaningful options and connections to resources. Through coordinated assessment, housing navigation, and collaboration across agencies, Survivor Coordinated Entry helps survivors identify both immediate and long-term goals, reduce barriers to housing, and access programs such as emergency shelter, transitional housing, rapid rehousing, and permanent supportive housing..
We believe that healing happens through connection and care. By linking survivors to safe housing and supportive services, we’re helping to build a stronger, more compassionate community for everyone. Our system is designed to be survivor-centered and culturally responsive, always prioritizing safety, choice, and confidentiality for every individual and family we serve.
