Be sure to review all eligibility requirements to be considered for endorsement. ESG funds are a competitive process and the committee makes data driven decisions to identify those programs that are strategically working to end homelessness. OEO is not able to provide funding to agencies who have never provided the service they are applying for. Also, due to the review process, no late submissions to the Endorsement Committee will be accepted.
