About

About

The Lowcountry Continuum of Care (CoC) operates with a clear vision and a strong commitment to addressing homelessness comprehensively. By bringing together various organizations and individuals who share a common goal of ending homelessness, the CoC leverages collective expertise and resources to make a meaningful impact.

Governing Council

The Lowcountry Continuum of Care is governed by a Governing Council made up of members from various sectors throughout our seven-county service area. The Governing Council provides leadership, oversight, and strategic direction to ensure the CoC effectively addresses homelessness in our region through collaboration, planning, and accountability.
