Agencies interested in applying for Renewal Projects for the 2021 HUD Continuum of Care (CoC) competition are required to complete the Project Application via e-snaps and this Supplemental Form. For information pertaining to program eligibility, definitions, and requirements, please refer to the HUD Exchange.
